This is a 6-week strength training program designed to help improve overall body strength and endurance. This progam is also designed to implement progressive overload (volume: reps or sets increase; intensity: weight increases; tension (how long the duration for each rep is); frequency (how often you do it in the training week).
This program is divided into two splits. Each split is 3-weeks long, with 6 workouts/week (ex. Day 1: legs).
For this program you will need a couple of pieces of equipment: Two light dumbbells (5-10 lbs) or something that resembles a weight One heavier dumbell (12-20lbs) or something that resembles a weight A small step (your staircase works just fine if you don’t have one!) Resistance bands - either rubber or fabric ones & a mat!
