Are you looking for a small, fun, and encouraging group exercise class? look no further! Group classes at Motivative fitness are made up of up to 8 people / group. (classes offered at Motivative Fitness Center only)

KINESIOLOGY SERVICES
Kinesiology therapy is a personalized approach to enhancing physical health and well-being through movement. Our experienced kinesiologists assess your unique needs and develop tailored exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. This therapy focuses on injury rehabilitation, pain relief, and enhancing overall physical performance. Each session combines education on movement mechanics with practical exercises, empowering you to achieve your health goals safely and effectively. Whether recovering from an injury or aiming to enhance your fitness, kinesiology therapy offers the support you need to thrive.
Private training sessions:
30 Minute Session: $75 +GST
60 Minute Session: $125 +GST

Online coaching
Are you looking for an alternative to in person training? With online coaching you will get a customized workout plan and nutrition guide tailored to your needs and goals.
$250 monthly - 3 month MINIMUM commitment
*billing is done on a subscription billing plan - you will be charged monthly
