Get Motivative - 8 week strength training guide

This is an 8-week strength training program designed to help improve

overall body strength and endurance. This progam is also designed to

implement progressive overload (volume: reps or sets increase; intensity:

weight increases; tension (how long the duration for each rep is);

frequency (how often you do it in the training week).

 

This program is divided into two splits. Each split is 4-weeks long, with 6

workouts/week (ex. Day 1: legs). I do recommend at least two outdoor cardio

sessions (AKA go for a walk and get some fresh air)!

 

All you need is acess to a gym! Start to get comfortable with the barbbell

because this program incorporates them!
